J’ai obtenu mon baccalauréat en psychologie à l’Université Concordia et je suis présentement étudiante au doctorat en psychologie industrielle et organisationnelle (profil Psy.D./Ph.D.) à l’Université du Québec à Montréal. Je me suis d’abord intéressée à la motivation, plus spécifiquement au Self-Determination (SDT) et Goal-Regulation Theory, en tant qu’assistante de recherche pour le laboratoire Student Mood sous la supervision de Erin Barker (PhD). J’ai d’ailleurs complété ma thèse d’honneur sur la motivation et la régulation des buts chez les athlètes étudiants sous sa supervision et celle de Theresa Bianco (PhD). Au courant de mon doctorat, je me concentrerai sur la conciliation travail-vie personnelle, à la motivation au travail, à la passion pour le travail, et au transfert des connaissances.
